1. Prohibited Activities
- •Users, vendors, riders and staff must not engage in unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive communication on any Aikya Mart application.
- •No malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized access, security probing, automation abuse, scraping or interference with service integrity.
- •No attempts to bypass account restrictions, payment controls, trust safeguards, or moderation and enforcement decisions.
2. Prohibited and High-Risk Listings
- •Prohibited listings include illegal goods/services, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, forged documents, restricted products without required permissions, deceptive claims and misleading pricing.
- •Prohibited categories include narcotic and psychotropic substances sold unlawfully, illegal intoxicants, prohibited vaping products, unlawful pharmaceuticals, weapons, ammunition, explosive substances, and unlawful wildlife products.
- •Prohibited categories include products or services that facilitate self-harm, violent activity, financial scams, money-laundering, or any illegal scheme.
- •Accounts must not be used to bypass suspensions, manipulate ratings/reviews or misrepresent business identity.
3. Enforcement and Reporting
- •Violations may trigger content takedown, listing visibility controls, account restrictions, suspension, termination or legal escalation.
- •Users, vendors and riders can raise reports through in-app and support channels; Aikya Mart may request documents/evidence and issue remediation instructions.
- •Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination and referral to payment partners, regulators or law-enforcement authorities.
