Rider Terms and Conditions
Defines eligibility, service standards, location tracking, data processing and enforcement rules for delivery riders using the AM Rider application.

1. Eligibility and Onboarding
- •Delivery riders must provide valid identity documents, contact information, vehicle details and any compliance documents required during onboarding.
- •Riders must maintain valid driving licences, vehicle registrations, insurance and any permits required by law for commercial delivery operations.
- •Riders represent that they are legally eligible to perform delivery services in their operating geography.
2. Service Standards and Obligations
- •Riders must handle assigned deliveries with reasonable care, maintain product integrity during transit and complete delivery handover as instructed.
- •Riders must capture delivery photo proof through the AM Rider application at the point of handover where required by the platform or vendor.
- •Riders must maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions and comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- •Riders must not tamper with, open, consume or substitute any order contents.
3. Location and Availability
- •The AM Rider application requires continuous location access during active delivery operations for order assignment, real-time tracking and route navigation.
- •Riders may control their availability status through the application. Location data is collected during active delivery sessions and is not tracked when the rider is offline.
4. Data Processing for Riders
- •Rider personal data (name, phone, vehicle details, location history, delivery records, photo proof) is processed for delivery coordination, dispute resolution, performance monitoring and compliance.
- •Rider data may be shared with vendors and customers to the extent necessary for delivery coordination and dispute resolution.
- •Rider data is subject to the same security, retention and rights provisions described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Enforcement
- •Repeated delivery failures, customer complaints, policy violations, fraudulent activity or misconduct may result in warning, temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the rider account.
- •Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement or competent authorities.
