1. Scope
- •The AM Sales application is an internal-use tool provided to authorized Aikya Mart sales employees for vendor acquisition, field visit management and sales territory operations.
- •This policy applies to all employees and authorized users of the AM Sales application.
2. Data Collection and Use
- •The AM Sales application collects employee name, phone number, login credentials, precise location data during field operations, and activity logs.
- •Location data is used for sales territory tracking, vendor visit verification and field activity management. Location collection is active during working sessions and is managed through device-level permissions.
- •Employee data is processed for workforce management, performance monitoring, territory optimization and compliance.
3. Employee Obligations
- •Sales employees must use the AM Sales application solely for authorized business purposes.
- •Employees must not share login credentials, manipulate location data, or use the application for personal purposes.
- •Misuse of the application or company data may result in disciplinary action in accordance with employment terms and applicable law.
