3. Order, Payment and Fulfillment Obligations

  • Vendors must honor accepted orders, maintain service quality and provide timely customer communication for pre-sale and post-sale matters.
  • Vendors are fully responsible for payment collection, delivery/fulfillment, cancellations, returns and refunds under vendor policy and applicable law.
  • Aikya Mart provides software and workflow tools to help vendors operate online, but does not become merchant of record, principal seller, employer, partner or fulfillment carrier for vendor sales.
  • Any loss arising from vendor non-fulfillment, delayed fulfillment, defective goods or refund default remains vendor responsibility subject to applicable law.

4. Data, Content and Customer Handling Standards

  • Vendors must process customer data only for legitimate transaction purposes and must not misuse, resell or unlawfully disclose customer information.
  • Vendors must not upload prohibited, infringing, deceptive or unlawful content and must promptly correct inaccurate listings.
  • Vendors must maintain courteous and non-abusive communication standards in all customer interactions.
  • Vendors must cooperate with support tickets, report investigations and compliance notices within prescribed timelines.

5. Audit Rights, Enforcement and Indemnity

  • Aikya Mart may request records, response timelines and corrective action plans where complaints, compliance risks or policy violations are identified.
  • Repeated complaints, deceptive conduct, unlawful listings, refund defaults, prohibited-product risk or policy evasion may result in warning, listing removal, account visibility restriction, suspension or account termination.
  • Aikya Mart may block a vendor account, pause payouts/features, or remove specific catalogs where there is legal, trust, payment-network, or customer-safety risk.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify Aikya Mart against claims, penalties, losses or expenses arising from vendor misconduct, legal non-compliance or third-party rights violations.
